I was pre-approved for a loan for a car.

Or so I thought.

I went into the bank, demanded that they put my money in a bag with a dollar sign (for dramatics) and they said "No!".

I thought the whole idea of being "pre-approved" was that you basically had the loan waiting.

I must be wrong.
